Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic ERP Functional Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you'll dive into the world of Supply Chain Management (SCM), working with cutting-edge technology to streamline our operations and drive efficiency. This role offers a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, providing you with the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements, shaping modifications and custom developments.
Identify opportunities to optimize our use of D365 and enhance our business processes.
Take charge of managing D365 and AX support activities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple international locations.
Lead testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring the reliability of developed solutions.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, addressing user requests promptly.
Act as the go-to functional support point-of-contact for our internal ERP system, offering timely assistance and solutions.
Conduct data migrations to Dynamics 365 and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
Document changes in D365 and implement best practices to promote system stability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in D365 Functional role, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM architecture.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and execute them efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with integration patterns and technologies are a plus.
