Position: ERP solution Architect Location: Remote Visa: USC or GC Interview: Video Duration: 6+ Months Need to have a broad understanding of ERP but definitely need D365 F&O, Workday and Oracle Netsuite. Must be a true architect! Not dev/arch but true architect. Job Summary: The ERP Solution Architect is a pivotal role responsible for the analysis, software design, development, testing, and business integration. Specifically, with common enterprise ERPs e.g., D365 F&O, Oracle Netsuite, Sage Intacct, etc.; the solution architect will specialize in scenarios related to financial management , business intelligence, artificial intelligence, global operations, automation, core platform functionalities and integration into D365 CRM/Sales . The role requires technical collaboration with stakeholders to tailor scalable solutions that will meet the client's business case requirements. Solution architects bridge the gap between technology and organizational goals, ensuring successful project lifecycles.
Job Requirements: Education and Experience: Significant experience as an ERP Solutions Architect is essential. Experience in leading or supporting large-scale IT projects involving various ERP solutions Experience in evaluating various ERP solutions to best fit the needs of the organization Experience in working with Finance, Accounting and FP&A stakeholders Experience in supporting global deployments, with multi-national legal entities and geo-locations, etc. Skills and Abilities: Sound understanding of the technical and functional aspects of an ERP and how data migrates, and systems integrate with the ability to create solution architecture diagrams. Ability to integrate D365 Sales and ERP as well as Product Catalog Demonstrated capability to evaluate finance processes and recommend improvements Experience in a client-facing role Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess potential impact and risks Proficient in Microsoft 365 and D365 tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Boards Familiarity with common project management methodologies including Agile Job Responsibilities: Lead functional workshops and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including the c-suite, to gather business requirements and create functional designs. Provide technical and systems design expertise in the development, integration, and maintenance of various ERP Platforms. This includes seamless integration with other business systems such as Power BI , Power Automate, Power Apps, Project Operations, and related platforms. Design solutions that are scalable and extensible. Identify opportunities for process improvements and procedures related to various critical entities Define integrations with other 3 rd party solutions as needed Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues. Adhere to internal development guidelines and timelines and Microsoft best practices.
