Job Title: Escrow Document Processor Pay: $17 - $18.34/hourly Schedule: Monday Friday w/ occasional Saturdays | 8am-5pm PST/MST time zones Location: Fully Remote | TX/AZ/FL/IN/GA residents only Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Document Processor to join our team in a temporary-to-permanent role. In this position, you will provide centralized clerical support to process all documentation associated with the initiation or closing of residential escrows. You will play a key role in ensuring branches are relieved of high-volume paperwork, enabling smooth and efficient operations. While this position involves communication with escrow branches, it does not include direct interaction with customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Job Responsibilities: Process and manage all documentation related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows. Collaborate with escrow branches to communicate necessary information and instructions. Assist with escrow openings and closings as needed. Handle clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of related experience in clerical or document processing. Prior experience in the escrow industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with industry programs such as DataTrace and DateTree is a plus. Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
