Responsibilities
•Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and tax-efficient wealth transfers
•Draft and review estate planning documents, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
•Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to design comprehensive plans that minimize estate and gift taxes
•Stay current with evolving tax laws and regulations affecting estate planning
•Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
•Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
•Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices
Qualifications
•In-depth knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax laws.
•Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage a variety of cases and provide high-quality client service.
•Minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience, with a strong focus on tax-related matters.
•Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
