Estate Planning Attorney - Remote

Our client, a leading legal publisher, is seeking an estate planning attorney for a remote, part-time contract position.
The attorney will be responsible for drafting and revising various forms and providing practical guidance on trusts and estates matters, with a focus on probate, fiduciary litigation, guardianships, and contested T&E issues.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of Florida law as it pertains to these topics.
This is a part-time project with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.
