Law Offices of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC, located in Renton, Washington, is looking to add a full-time Associate Attorney to our growing dream team!
Since 2002, our firm has been dedicated to assisting families and individuals in the areas of probate, guardianship, estate planning, trust administration, and special needs planning/administration.

•Moving forward in a timely manner, and ensuring the firm's support staff are in alignment with the clients needs
•Support business development efforts, including but not limited to, meeting with prospective clients and evaluating their needs, as well as, participating in networking activities to build relationships with referral sources
•Apply knowledge of the law, functions, strategies, and processes to provide services, solutions, and advice to the clients or firms that serve
•Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
•Track and post all billable and non-billable work
•Develop and maintain a collaborative and supportive working relationship with all staff, legal and non-legal
•Develop and model an understanding of the firm's philosophy, values, culture, and infrastructure
Qualifications Our ideal client will have:
•A member of WSBA in good standing
•At least two years of experience
•Proven oral and writing skills
•Ability to problem solve with minimal oversight
•A caring, positive personality
•A keen attention to details
•A solid work ethic
•A love for people and their life experiences
•Juris Doctor and successful completion of the bar exam
