This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite at our client\u2019s office.
After a training period, there is an opportunity to work one day remote.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate directly with clients to collect estate and trust documentation and other pertinent estate planning details
• Liaise with the Financial Planning team, Investment Counselors, and Tax Managers
• Examine various documents (such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Buy/Sell Agreements, etc.)
• Apply your expertise in estate planning to benefit clients and internal partners alike
• Oversee daily communications via calls with clients and internal partners
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in the trust/estate planning sector
• Experience as a Paralegal or Attorney
• Experience handling complex estates and a solid grasp of trusts
• Proficiency in managing confidential materials and information
• Proven ability to establish credibility and build trust rapidly
