Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
