Responsibilities:
· Create client proposals, ready for presentation.
· Create and maintain detailed project budgets for all homes.
· Prioritize tasks based on urgency and meeting schedules.
· Approve project invoices and cost code them for accounting.
· Maintain accurate project budgets and gross profit calculations.
· Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
· Initiate construction loans and manage permitting processes.
· Assist in managing client relationships and proposals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (beneficial, but not required).
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction estimating.
· Proficiency in understanding construction methodology.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
· Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
