Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting the Windows 10 & Network peripheral devices.Strong knowledge of Windows10 (client) operating systems.Good knowledge on Service Now, MS Office, Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, Engineering Services.Experience with managing iOS, Windows & Android devices in a Global environment.Must-have Skills Windows 10 Administrator, MECM Image management & deploymentUnderstanding of EUC role, Filed servicesMust have a good experience in Image ManagementExpertise with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) components, Operating System Deployment (OSD/MDT), Software Distribution & Hardware/Software Inventories.Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting the Windows (client and server) operating system.Strong knowledge of Windows10 (client) operating systems.Good knowledge on Service Now, MS Office, Remote Support, Mobility, Antivirus, Engineering Services.Experience with managing iOS, Windows & Android devices in a Global environment.
