Responsibilities:
Collaborate in designing, creating, and setting up diverse promotional events for our client. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by possessing comprehensive product knowledge and delivering outstanding sales service at private promotional events. Exceed sales targets, surpass customer expectations, and fulfill operational requirements through event-based promotions. Set and maintain personal productivity goals consistently. Engage with customers through open-ended questions to identify their specific needs and preferences. Develop expertise in product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends to cater effectively to customer requirements. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Actively consider candidates from diverse backgrounds. Immediate hiring. Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with clients, vendors, and team members. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in common software applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, and presentation tools. Excellent customer service skills to create positive event experiences and handle inquiries professionally. Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related fields is advantageous.
