Wedgewood Weddings is hiring a part-time DISHWASHER!


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Banquet Dishwasher.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper handling of all dishes, utensils, and equipment used in our banquet kitchen.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining a sanitary and organized work environment, supporting the efficient operation of weddings and events.

Remember, we work when our clients and guests play, so weekend, evening and holiday availability is mandatory. Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, and utensils used in weddings and events.

- Operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment, following safety guidelines and ensuring proper functioning.

- Assist in organizing and storing clean dishes and equipment in designated areas.

- Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal.

- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area, including regular cleaning of surfaces and floors.

- Collaborate with the banquet staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of clean dishes and utensils.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.

- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the banquet facility.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

The important extras:
