Singnala is seeking enthusiastic Event Staff members in Austin, TX, to assist in event planning and execution. This role includes setting up venues, managing event logistics, and ensuring a great experience for attendees.

Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including arranging furniture and decor as required.Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs throughout the event.Monitor event logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to schedule.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of services during the event.Help manage registrations and guest lists, ensuring accuracy and providing assistance when needed.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in event spaces before, during, and after events.Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
