Responsibilities:
Lead the communication plans that support Touch Marketing events execution with internal and external partners, including pre-event planning, day to day tracking and post-event debriefs, to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
Communicate to executive leaders regularly on event plans, updates, results and provide insights and recommendations for future events.
Lead post-event evaluations to assess the success and identify areas for improvement.
Create and implement planograms and floorplans within our client's Visual Merchandising Portal (VMP) that support Touch Marketing event strategy and execution.
Manage the coordination of event logistics, including event selection, asset and fixture transportation and location accommodations required to support a successful event
Manage and drive product prioritization to be used in the visual storytelling and planogram creation that align with event theme and strategy.
Develop and maintain the Touch Marketing Playbook outlining standard operating procedures, best practices, and templates for various event sizes and experiences.
Create and manage detailed project plans for each event, including timelines, milestones and rollout plans.
Develop, gain leadership alignment and execute merchandising plans within events and assigned channel.
Drive live-set testing of devices, visual elements and security to ensure successful GTM execution based on planograms and design renderings. Identify gaps. Seek out solutions with cross-functional partners when needed.
Develop knowledge of security device parts, function and installation requirements for assigned channel and update the Visual Merchandise Portal to align for event and channel needs.
Responsible for event and reset deployment communications including instructions and picklists
Create efficiencies with existing processes, improving implementation and innovating merchandising execution that drive engagement and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 8-10+ years' experience preferably in events planning, visual merchandising, or project management
Experience in strategic event planning aligned with organizational goals
Ability to assess event success and ROI, with experience in post-event reporting and analysis
Leading cross-functional teams in retail merchandising strategies
Experience building relationships with key internal and external cross-functional partners
Experience working with a variety of vendors and suppliers
Experience leading and managing a team of event coordinators or planners
Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operation experiences in corporate environment desired
Strong aesthetic, visual design, communication and presentation skills
Must have demonstrable experience in developing presentations using a variety of PC applications, including Word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint
