Key Responsibilities: Trade Show Management: Lead the planning and execution of trade show strategies, including booth setup, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads from trade shows are effectively nurtured and converted into business opportunities.
Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and existing leads.
Create compelling email content and promotional materials that align with the companys brand and goals.
Segment leads by industry or interest to tailor messaging and optimize campaign performance.
Event Logistics and Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of marketing events, ensuring seamless execution of event details from start to finish.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and a smooth attendee experience.
Lead Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of tradeshow and event marketing initiatives, providing insights on lead generation success and areas for improvement.
Streamline lead tracking and follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective engagement with prospects.
Client Campaigns: Support the creation and execution of campaigns aimed at promoting product upgrades and additional services to current clients.
Use data and analytics to target the right audience and improve overall engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive, self-starting approach with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to meet shared goals.
