About the Role We're on the hunt for a talented and strategic (Senior) Events Manager to spearhead a dynamic events program that amplifies our brand, deepens customer connections, and positions us as a thought leader in the InfoSec industry. In this high-impact role, you'll design and execute a wide range of events—from industry trade shows and conferences to intimate dinners, customer roadshows, and our flagship annual user conference.

What You'll Do Event Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive conference and event strategy to realize the full business potential of an event in alignment with our marketing goals, especially the measurable business outcomes. Execution & Management: Drive the strategic project management of our events program, including the coordination of all logistics, budget, contract negotiation, and communication related to each event, pre- and post-event promotion, booth design and giveaway selection, messaging, and sourcing and management of venues and vendors. Budget Management: Plan, track, and optimize event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, customer success) to align event goals with broader company objectives and ensure a seamless attendee experience. Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and third-party service providers to execute high-quality events. Metrics & ROI Tracking: Define and measure success metrics for each event, analyzing ROI and incorporating learnings into future planning. Brand Representation: Ensure all events reflect the company's brand identity, values, and messaging, creating a cohesive experience for attendees. Innovative Experiences: Stay current with industry trends and innovative event technologies to enhance attendee engagement and event impact. Internal company events: Support internal events in partnership with leadership team as needed. Skillsets/ Requirements Experience: 5–7 years of experience in event management for software or SaaS companies, with a proven track record of executing successful in-person and virtual events. Strategy: Proven expertise in managing events tailored to diverse objectives—whether it's boosting brand awareness, shaping audience perceptions, or driving demand generation through high-quality lead acquisition. Problem Solver: A knack for creative problem-solving—thriving on the challenge of figuring things out, developing innovative ideas, and crafting new approaches to achieve ambitious goals. Results driven: Relentless attention to detail—combining a "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines while always anticipating the next steps. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the infosec industry or a strong interest in cybersecurity trends and technologies is a plus. Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling event messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
