What You Will Do: Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and mediations.Draft, format, and proofread legal documents.Maintain and manage electronic and paper files.Handle e-filing, track discovery documents, and manage client relationships.Assist in trial preparation and billing processes. Your Experience Includes: 1-3+ years of experience in civil defense litigation.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
