Contract Executive Assistant A thriving nonprofit is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for our mission, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
This is a contract position and is hiring immediately.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents for board meetings and stakeholder communications.Serve as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.Track project deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Assist with budget management and expense reporting.Help coordinate special events, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach programs.Conduct research and compile data to support program development and grant writing.Engage with volunteers and support staff as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with nonprofit management software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
