Executive Administrative Assistant

Description SAIC is seeking a proactive and seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant for an on-site role supporting the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Program Management Office, the Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer to support a geographically dispersed organization of 300+ employees Coordinate, schedule, and deconflict customer events Manage and deconflict conference room schedules  Process travel and expense reports on behalf of the Program Leadership Team Perform meeting set up/tear down, to include AV checkout Record and prepare meeting minutes Order catered meals for events Qualifications High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience Must be a US Citizen able and willing to obtain a Secret clearance  Experience in executive leader schedule and email management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to draft and proofread emails on behalf of the contract leadership team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
Target salary range: $50,001 - $75,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
