Executive Assistant – Contract – Manhattan, NY – $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant in Manhattan, NY.
Role Description The primary role is to provide a combination of senior level administrative support, monitor ongoing reporting requirements and technical issue resolution.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism, as well as have the confidence to make informed judgment calls and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality administrative support primarily to a TMT team of senior and junior bankers as well as bankers from another sector.
• Proactively manage diary, scheduling/coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones; liaising with assistants from multiple teams across the firm and ensuring forward planning for meetings, events and deliverables
• Answer phone calls, field messages, and deal with general inquiries
• Book heavy international travel and prepare expense reports in compliance with expense policy and procedures and in a timely manner
• Review and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Order supplies, maintain files (paper & electronic) and other confidential information; coordinate new hire requirements
• Handle and maintain confidential files in accordance with firm policy
• Coordinate Management meetings and Global team calls; scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing meeting documents
• Complete ad-hoc projects as necessary

• Ability to multi-task
• Prior experience in the Investment Banking Industry
• A college degree is preferred
