Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant must be proficient in all aspects of administrative support and possess an ability to multitask.
Outstanding customer services skills are critical to properly interact with other Cousins employees, business leaders, vendors, and customers.
Verbal and written communication skills are vital to success.
The position supports the Managing Director of Tampa and interacts with other senior executives within Cousins.
Attention to detail, quality communication, accuracy, a high sense of urgency, the ability to manage projects and protect confidential information are essential.
Description of Responsibilities: This position is on-site in Tampa, FL.This is not a remote or hybrid position. Administration Create, review and process expense reports.
Travel Coordination.
Calendar management and meeting scheduling/coordination.
Process invoices through Accounting Software (Yardi) as executives' coder.
Assist hiring manager within the market or Human Resources with any on-boarding of new employees who are direct reports.
Association membership renewals plus sponsorships.
Performs clerical tasks for staff as needed.
Prepares building inspection reports, status reports, tracking reports, correspondence, and files.
Assists in tracking and inputting data into Deal Manager for all RFP's.
Collects information for tax consultant.
Plans and coordinates end of year events.
Process commission invoices from brokers.
Tracks leasing occupancy activity and regularly updates deal notes.
Assists Managing Director with leasing strategy for vacant spaces.
Maintain property books, updating the rent rolls, stacking plans, floor plans, as necessary.
Gather information and prepare PowerPoint presentation for the quarterly market calls.
Prepare commencement documents, ROFO's, ROFR's, and other legal notes using templates supplied by Legal.
Provide general support to the Managing Director in every aspect of commencement documents.

Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Experience researching and booking travel online (not through a specific system).
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must have strong attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, organizational and project coordination skills, and the ability to multi-task priorities and assignments with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated track record of effective written and verbal communication skills.
Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
Yardi experience a plus.
