Russell Square (RS) is a multi-state developer and licensed general contractor with employees currently based in five states in the western half of the United States. We specialize in multifamily development and are responsible for all phases of the real estate development process from site selection to lease-up. Our current pipeline consists of 2300+ apartments slated to begin construction over the coming 14 months in various states.

Summary of Position: Your role as an Executive Administrative Assistant will be far from one-dimensional. You'll undertake a wide range of tasks, like onboarding, organizing training, and assisting employees with their needs, while providing high-level administrative support to executives and other senior staff.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the C-Suite management and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes with HR.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training with HR.
Coordinate materials for new hires such as equipment and software.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as timekeeping or payroll.
Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Performs administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Receive incoming communication and distribute information to appropriate staff.
Undertake tasks like arranging travel and accommodation for executives.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred.
At least two years of related experience required.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (ADP, HR Cloud, Lever) will be a plus.
Must be diplomatic and able to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Must be adept in problem-solving with high attention to detail, providing consistent and accurate work.
Ability to work directly with remote staff members.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

401K after 6 months of employment (3% company contribution).
Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrual begins 90 after start date.
6 paid holidays
2 floating holidays per year
Paid Sick Time – 40 hours of paid sick time – Given at the beginning of every year. They may be used as vacation time. They do not roll over into the following year.
