The Job We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides executive support to top C-level executives. Recent college graduates and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply!
What You Will Be Doing as an Executive Assistant: Manage the scheduling of executive meetings on both a local, regional, and global levelPrepare reports and coordinate special projects and plans as well as develop correspondenceManage the scheduling of board meetings and related activitiesMaintain appointment and calendar eventsOversee the coordination of VISAs for the companyCoordinate complex international travel arrangementsCreate and manage extensive expense reportsPrepare board material and presentation material, including confidential documentsAllocate incoming and outgoing communication and maintain file systemFollow-up activities as necessary to see projects or assignments to completion Our Ideal Executive Assistant Candidate Has: Office software acumen - comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databasesCommunication - express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organizationExtroverted - outgoing and assertive with a likable personality.Organizing and planning - develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work in a timely mannerReliable - project a sense of trustworthiness and dependability Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 Requirements to be an Executive Assistant: Bachelor's degree Katapult Network is an equal opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in all of its forms.
