We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. Our business unit is dedicated to providing Information Advantage to Government, Military, and Fortune 50 customers for critical decision-making processes. As an extension of our Information Advantage executive team, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives and supporting our rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the SVP and VP of the Information Advantage business unit to prioritize, plan, and execute on various initiatives, projects, and priorities.
Provide support to other leaders within the business unit as required.
Serve as an internal analyst, coordinator, and project manager to ensure the seamless progress of projects and initiatives.
Lead internal communications efforts, including crafting corporate communications, supporting monthly all-hands meetings, and facilitating weekly communications to the workforce.
Assist with contract management, including customer relations, process management, and pricing strategy development.
Develop and maintain a metrics dashboard to effectively manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities.
Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and logistical support for internal and external meetings and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information efficiently.
Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Proven experience in a similar role such as Executive Admin, Operations Coordinator, or Corporate Communications Director.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in supporting US government missions and emerging technologies.
Experience driving efficiency improvements to meet project objectives.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Previous experience with Government contracting firms or event planning.
Willingness to work on-site at our Arlington Headquarters a few days a week.
Clearance Requirements:
The candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
