Executive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team inits corporate office to provide comprehensive administrative support to two executives in the organization.
This individual will manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and communication for the executives to
ensure that the executives' work flows smoothly and efficiently.

About Us We are a privately held, vertically integrated real estate development company primarily focused
on acquiring land, developing land, and constructing Class-A Build-to-Rent ("BTR") communities
throughout high growth southeastern markets.
Through our affiliated homebuilding company, we provide our capital partners with the integration we believe is critical to successfully execute
Build-to-Rent developments.
Key Responsibilities: • Calendar Management (30-40% of time) o Coordinate and manage the executives' daily schedules, including meetings, conference
calls, appointments, and any travel arrangements.
• Communication Management (25-35% of time) o Serve as the point of contact between the executives' and internal/external contacts.
o Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as
appropriate.
• Project Coordination (10-15% of time) o Coordinate and lead standing meetings with each executive to review outstanding emails,
tasks and other open items and solicit guidance on the appropriate prioritization to help
each executive contribute towards driving successful outcomes for the Company.
o As needed, attend meetings with the executives and log minutes and partner with
executive(s) to ensure the executive is appropriately addressing necessary tasks.
• Expense Reporting (5-10% of time) o Manage and submit expense reports for the executives.
o Review and track budgets, invoices, and reimbursements as necessary.
• Office Management (5-10% of time) o Provide general office management tasks such as placing office supply orders, coordinating
with outsourced IT company, and placing catering orders to ensure the fifteen-person
Galleria office can operate efficiently.
• Document Management ( o Organize and maintain electronic and physical files as necessary.
o Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and manage document approvals and

• Relationship Management ( o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
o Represent the executives in interactions with clients, partners, and other staff members.
o Update and manage key contact database.
• Travel Arrangements ( o Arrange domestic travel as necessary, including booking flights, hotels, dinner meetings,
and transportation.
o Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage travel expenses.
• Other ( o Assist with special projects, including research, compiling data, and preparing
presentations.
Qualifications: • Education o Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required depending on experience.
• Experience o Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, with a preference for
candidates with a proven track record supporting one or multiple Executives.
• Skills o Strong organizational and time-management skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
o Experience with Monday.com preferred, but not required
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
o Discretion and confidentiality handling information.
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Work Environment o This is a full-time in-office role at our Galleria office.
The role will typically not require
any work outside of normal business hours, however, on occasion, flexibility in working
hours may be necessary to accommodate executives' schedules and travel.
Compensation and Benefits: • Compensation o Competitive base salary (based on candidate's experience) with potential for performance
based annual bonus
• Vacation o Three weeks of paid time off plus three personal days
• Benefits o Medical, dental, vision insurance
o Basic life insurance and AD&D of $25,000 are provided at no cost to employees along
with long-term and short-term disability coverage
