\n What Will You Do?Manage, prioritize, and maintain CEO, CFO, & CHRO calendars, including complex calendaringPlan and arrange travel, and create expense reportsBe proactive about potential scheduling conflicts and have a high degree of accountability and timeliness for all actions and follow-upBe responsive to inquiries and requests and effective at managing expectations with a variety of partnersDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with board members, staff, internal departments, and outside partiesPartner with other EAs to coordinate among executives and manage tradeoffs and prioritizationSchedule, plan and coordinate Board meetings, team events, meetings, and multi-day offsite events, including organizing logistics, on-site amenities, and activitiesCreate, edit, finalize and polish memos, presentations, and other communications often combining input from others.
