This full-time, immediate opportunity offers the chance to work closely with the CEO, CFO, and CHRO, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted representative for these key executives, bringing a customer-focused approach to all interactions. We are looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented, capable of handling complex situations with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills. \n What Will You Do?Manage, prioritize, and maintain CEO, CFO, & CHRO calendars, including complex calendaringPlan and arrange travel, and create expense reportsBe proactive about potential scheduling conflicts and have a high degree of accountability and timeliness for all actions and follow-upBe responsive to inquiries and requests and effective at managing expectations with a variety of partnersDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with board members, staff, internal departments, and outside partiesPartner with other EAs to coordinate among executives and manage tradeoffs and prioritizationSchedule, plan and coordinate Board meetings, team events, meetings, and multi-day offsite events, including organizing logistics, on-site amenities, and activitiesCreate, edit, finalize and polish memos, presentations, and other communications often combining input from others. \n$130,000 - $140,000 a year
The below range is the range that we reasonably believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future.
