The ideal candidate will possess skills in core executive tasks such as travel coordination and arrangements, schedule organization, calendar management and prioritization, expense reports, and more.

What youll do: Ensure that the executives calendar, meetings, and documents are properly organized and prioritized Coordinate logistics for various fast-paced meetings, conferences, and other events, collaborating with other administrators to ensure smooth operations Manage the expense reports of executive, confirming compliance and accurately recording items Arrange travel via ground/air on a domestic and international basis, coordinating various elements to adhere to travel policies and maintain comfortability for the executive Collaborate with administrative team to arrange events such as team lunches and birthday celebrations Work diligently to maintain confidentiality while operating as a liaison between the executive and internal actors What youll bring: A Bachelors degree is preferred Experience with directly supporting high-level or c-suite executives is preferred 5-8 years of prior executive assistance experience Excellent organizational and strategic support skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 with bonus and benefits
