As the firm continues to expand, they are looking for an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to support the leadership team.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, document scanning, notarization, shipping, and maintenance requests.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondenceSchedule meetings, book travel, and manage executive calendars, while coordinating communications with employees, investors, and external parties.Process expense reports and manage expense approvals with leader's guidanceHandle investor requests, organize team events, post job roles, manage interviews and onboarding, and support the CFO with financial tasks.Update the CRM with communication activity What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting executive-level management, preferably in private equity or the financial industryProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professionalism, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Be a proactive self-starter, able to work independently, and must be able to work in Uptown Dallas.A Texas notary public license is preferred, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required.
