Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
Ideal candidates will have experience in nonprofit administration, especially in roles such as Development Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, Program Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Program Coordinator, HR Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Membership Coordinator.
This experience will help you understand the administrative needs and workflows of our nonprofit clients.
The role requires multitasking, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, priorities, and tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Hybrid (Dallas area).
Mostly able to work from home, and needed in-office a few days (2-5) per month.
Full-time or 27 hour per week part-time option.
30 holidays/paid days off per year.
Starts at $24/hour.
Small business of 10 people.
