Job Overview:
Shine Light, a service provider for individuals with autism, is hiring an Executive Assistant who reports directly to top-level management. This person will act as the "right-hand person" to enable management to advance company initiatives and goals, as well as maintain, and implement daily routines. This person will filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of high-level management's role so that management can focus on high-level leadership and strategy functions. This person will also do administrative work to an extent with "Shine Light Connection Foundation", a new non-profit launched by the CEO of Shine Light.
Office Hours will be 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Thursday & 8 AM - 12 PM on Fridays. There will be some weekends if an event is scheduled. Who Is ShineLight?
