Manage the Executive's calendar, prioritizing appointments, travel, and meetings. Draft correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports, on behalf of the Executive. Support the Executive in meetings by taking notes and ensuring the completion of action items. Represent the Executive in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the Executive, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and decision-making. Provide strategic insights to the Executive on planning, policy development, and decision-making. Ensure the timely completion of projects and initiatives led by the Executive. Research and recommend updated policies and strategies as needed. Create and maintain systems to streamline operations. Maintain confidential files and data records accurately. Utilize Excel extensively for data analysis and reporting. Work collaboratively across all departments within the organization. Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Extensive experience with Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
