Executive Assistant Lund is a qualified employer for Public Student Loan Forgiveness About the Position: The Executive Assistant position within our Agency offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO, Lund's Board of Trustees, and executive staff. The successful candidate will excel in managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports. With a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, the Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and facilitating effective communication with stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the President/CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Additionally, you will support the Board of Trustees by scheduling and organizing monthly meetings, producing meeting agendas and minutes, and facilitating communication between the President/CEO and Board members. Other responsibilities include assisting with budget preparation, coordinating special events, and completing assigned projects and activities.

What We Look For: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social services, business, or a related field, along with three or more years of experience supporting high-level executives or administrators, preferably in a not-for-profit setting. Proficiency in standard business software and office procedures is essential, as well as the ability to work with integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Access to reliable transportation is required, as statewide travel may be necessary.

Additionally, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with minimal supervision is crucial for success in this role. A proactive and detail-oriented approach, combined with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, will enable the Executive Assistant to excel in supporting the President & CEO and Board of Trustees.
