About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to our C-level Executive and Vice Presidents.
You will drive the smooth operation of the Executive's schedules and priorities.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our top executives, utilizing your organizational talents and strategic planning to directly contribute to their productivity and effectiveness.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the professional operation of the Executive's office, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support.

The impact you can have Serve as the main point of contact between the Executives and internal/external clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships.
Identify and complete follow-up communications and action items.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence from vendors, customers, and business partners.
Address requests and communications appropriately.
Manage the daily schedules of the EVP/SVPs by coordinating and scheduling meetings in Outlook.
Plan offsite meetings and special events.
Coordinate meetings by preparing and distributing materials, handling logistics, and planning catering.
Arrange all domestic and international travel and handle expenses for the EVP/SVPs.
Maintain departmental files, forms, and information.
Keep organizational charts and departmental contacts up to date.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Manage and process monthly expense reports, issue POs, process payments, and order supplies for the team.
Complete ad hoc projects as they are assigned.
Professionally handle high-level, confidential information.
