Responsibilities:Manages complex, ever-changing calendars and schedules for BPC's executive team including the CEO and COOAssists with day-to-day tasks such as answering and responding to phone calls, communicating messages and information to and from the CEO and COO, and reviewing upcoming daily/weekly calendar eventsEnsures CEO and COO are prepared for meetings and events, including gathering documents and relevant background materials and attending to logisticsReceives and screens all incoming calls and/or visitors to the CEO's officeEnsures timely responses to internal and external requests of the CEO and COOCoordinates and manages intricate travel itineraries for the CEOProvides executive administrative support for various activities, events, and meetingsHandles expense reports and reimbursement requestsAssists with Board of Directors meetings including logistics, schedule coordination, and meeting materialsAssists COO with contracts and invoice approval processTakes notes at executive meetings and ensures follow-up on action itemsBuilds and facilitates relationships across the organizationCoordinates with Communications team on upcoming events, speaking engagements, and press appearancesUndertakes special projects as assignedQualifications:Must have at least 5 years' experience assisting a senior level executiveArticulate, self-motivated, highly resourceful and decisiveAbility to prioritize and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle complex problems with minimal supervisionTrack record of demonstrating sound judgment by making appropriate decisionsAbility to maintain composure and sense of humor under stressful conditionsMust demonstrate discretion, initiative, and follow-through, as well as being detail-oriented and level-headedProficiency in Microsoft Office is required
