The CEO of an innovative local software+manufacturing company seeks an executive assistant to handle a wide range of practical tasks.
Examples of the types of duties include:
Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings and appointments
Make travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
Hire and supervise residential cleaning staff
Process email and physical mail
Act as a point of contact between the exec and internal or external clients
Research equipment needs, enter purchase orders, track purchases from authorization through arrival on site
Run errands, collect shipments, pick up supplies as needed
Other duties as assigned, as needs and circumstances change
Requirements
Enjoys learning new skills, acquiring new knowledge, using new information
Organized, efficient, with a can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Clear communicator both verbally and in writing
Strong Internet skills
Flexible; able to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
Internet savvy; able to perform product research, arrange travel, etc
Skilled with Microsoft Office, Google products including mail and calendar
Trustworthy and discreet
