Overview :
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The role will include but not limit to handle a wide range of tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism and supporting the COO, CFO on tasks as needed along with admin duties.
Responsibilities :
Proactively Managing CEO calendaring
Assisting CEO in meeting preparation, creating presentations
Supporting email response and filtering requests to appropriate internal and external teams
Booking Travel
Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
Supporting Board Meeting planning and execution.
Screen, monitor, and distribute incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
Receive customers (online and in person) and interact with them to identify and process inquiries or requisitions.
Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion
Support of the Support Center Organization of (and Follow Up on) Corporate Team tasks and duties. Preparation of Leadership Meetings and Travel Plans
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively and adapt to changing situations.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
