About the Company & Opportunity- Executive Assistant CFS NY is working with a growing real estate client looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and provide assistance to the CEO and President. Role Responsibilities- Executive Assistant Maintain calendars for executives Schedule internal and external meetings Coordinate travel arrangements, meals, and other events Handle incoming professional and personal correspondence Task management, file organization, data entry, maintaining contact lists, preparing and printing meeting materials when needed Perform various administrative tasks as necessary to support daily operations of the office. Preferred Qualifications - Executive Assistant 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Strong time-management skills Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects under pressure Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office BA degree Experience in, or working knowledge of, the real estate industry is a plus
