The Executive Assistant shall be responsible for assisting and providing clerical and executive support to administrative leaders.
Additionally, this individual shall also ensure that the office is managed in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining absolute confidentiality of sensitive matters.
This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Degree in Business Administration preferred.Two years hospital experience preferred.Two years clerical experience required.Medical Terminology, Spelling, and Grammar proficiency.Typing speed of 65 wpm.Knowledge of hospital-based information systems.Strong telephone skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to prioritize tasks.Effective written and verbal communication skills.
