Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO of a private equity-backed mid-size technology services company in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travelPrepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutesTake and transcribe notes during meetingsSupport communication needs of the CEO OfficeManage the CEO's expense reports and reimbursementsCoordinate with other executives and departments as needed, including support for prep of board meetings, logistics, etc.Maintain a confidential and professional demeanor at all timesEnable support as required to executives of Private Equity and Board MembersQualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain a confidential and professional demeanor at all timesComfortable in global time zones and cultures, specifically working with offshore teams
