Executive Assistant to CNO Location Lovington, NM : Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person is exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. Has the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings. Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the executive team. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Two to five years of experience in supporting leadership at the executive level preferred Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management required. Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets required. Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes preferred. Two to five years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
