What you will doAs the Executive Business Partner to the Head of Engineering at CoinTracker, you will play an instrumental role in providing them with strategic leverage to drive top business priorities forward. In particular you will:
Provide top tier support for calendar management
Build a deep understanding of your leaders OKRs and priorities, and utilize your business acumen to ensure they are spending 100% of their time on allocated areas of work
Play an integral role in planning and executing operational engineering projects, hack days, co-working events, and off-sites for your leader and their teams
Partner with the EBP team to plan two company-wide retreats and one week long leadership offsite per year (in-person)

The starting salary for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
