Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior management experience in a philanthropic institution, or impact investing organization.
A strong understanding of the investment-philanthropy nexus and a commitment to data-driven program evaluation are essential.
The role involves leading program development, engaging with invested founders and companies, and growing the organization's network through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills, as well as a background in marketing, public relations, and fundraising.
