Responsibilities: Business Operations Services including purchasing and document managementAssist with ordering and reviewing invoices of assigned vendorsCompliant staff and resident records managementAnswering and routing telephone calls and faxesGreeting and directing visitorsEmployee file management and preparation of new hire documentsPrepare and post compliant staff schedules in a timely mannerArrange for coverage when staffing is not adequateAssist with maintaining records of staff trainingSchedule and post training opportunitiesProfessional communication with all residents, families, and third-party providersTelephone, fax, email, and in-person communicationQualifications: Professional verbal and written skillsStrong time and task management skillsComputer skills, Word, Outlook, Excel, ECP or comparable softwareWorking Conditions: Potential to work shifts longer than 8 hoursPotential to provide presence on another shift other than assignedPotential to lift 50 poundsLocation: DeForest, WI 4897 Innovation Dr, DeForest, WI 53532, USA
