The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with executive, clinical, and physician leaders to develop and implement strategies, manage key projects, and ensure the departments meet their operational and financial goals.
This role requires a leader with a strong background in operations, particularly within an academic practice setting, and a deep understanding of both operational and financial management.
The Executive Director will be accountable for the day-to-day operations, including planning and strategy meetings, and will work closely with the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer and the Department Chair to support the academic and clinical mission of the organization.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 7 years of operational experience in a similar setting.
The role demands a results-focused individual with a passion for excellence, who can mentor staff, develop strong relationships, and drive the organization's financial success.
The Executive Director will be expected to establish and achieve growth goals, partner with key departments to address performance gaps, and maintain a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Experience with Epic is a plus.
