The successful candidate will be a pivotal leader, working in close collaboration with the Executive Director of Academic Operations and the Regional Vice President of Enrollment Services to achieve the institution's student-centric mission.
Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Admissions include providing strategic leadership to the admissions and financial aid teams, overseeing the establishment and monitoring of standards in administrative departments, and developing and redirecting growth initiatives as needed.
The role also involves ensuring the effectiveness of the campus's new student review process, facilitating training for the admissions and financial aid teams, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Applicants for this role at The Company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a business or related field and have at least 2 years' of leadership experience in higher education operations, such as admissions, student services, or business.
