This critical role is pivotal in the design, development, and delivery of creative assessment solutions that support individuals globally in their educational, workforce, and life-wellness goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a new vertical of program management staff, establishing strategic stakeholder engagement, and driving a performance culture to ensure operational excellence across the portfolio of programs.
Key responsibilities include program management oversight, governance, change management, and actively engaging in data-driven decision-making to support the company's growth.
The role demands a strategic leader with a proven record in managing high-stakes assessments, deep experience in assessment development, measurement, and educational technology, and the ability to influence and build strategic partnerships across the organization.
Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 12 years of experience in leading complex business operations, particularly in educational assessments and/or technology.
The role requires a leader with a strong background in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage large, diverse organizations.
