Job Summary:
The Executive Director of Clinical Operations for Inception Health/Executive Director of Digital Health Clinical Operations for Froedtert Health is responsible for the direction and leadership of all clinical aspects of digital health program operations. This role serves to drive the strategic alignment of digital health clinical efforts across Inception Health and Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin for optimal positioning in targeting consistent high quality care delivery. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in related health care leadership role is required, preferably in a major hospital, health system and/or teaching hospital setting. A background in healthcare management is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Experience indicating the ability to develop and manage digital health programs, preferably in a highly matrixed environment. Professional knowledge and clinical ability to recognize and drive quality care. Ability to motivate, cooperate with and work effectively with others. Ability to interpret, adapt and react calmly under stressful conditions. Skilled in exercising initiative and judgment. Ability to lead/drive change in face of opposition. Unbridled desire and passion for continued learning and skill development. Transformational leader. Calculated risk-taker. Effective communication skills both written and verbal presentation.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
