As an Executive Project Manager, you support the management of Fortune 500 client accounts and projects.
Your responsibility is to ensure on time, on budget, and high-quality projects, while ensuring client satisfaction.
This position combines the responsibilities of both an Engagement Manager/Account Manager and a Project Manager.

In this role, you'll leverage your creative services expertise to orchestrate seamless project execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with client objectives.
Your ability to cultivate strong client relationships and communicate effectively will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.
As a seasoned professional, you'll uphold high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring that every deliverable not only meets but exceeds both client expectations and firm standards.
Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scopeDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsAct as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, from internal stakeholders including design and finance, to external clients and partnersDevelop and manage project timelines and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders and engagement leadsPromote the flow of information in all project phases, ensuring that milestones such as client approvals and proposal goals are met and oversee each phase through to delivery/launchSupport the maintenance and development of client relationshipsMonitor, evaluate, and report on project budget performance and outcomesPrepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior managementAssist in content development of proposals for new business requestsSubmit accurate accounting of time spent weeklySkills & Attributes for Success A solid team player with an independent thinker's mentalityOrganized, deadline-driven, and able to multitaskFlexible and analyticalResults-oriented, self-directed, endlessly curious, and entrepreneurial-mindedStrong verbal, written and presentation skillsExperience in a consulting or agency environmentMinimum Requirements Must reside in the New York City Metropolitan AreaBachelor's degree required in business or related field10+ years of management consulting or agency experienceAbility to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with enterprise-level clientsAbility to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailMust have a solid understanding of data reporting and data cleansingExperience managing budgets and burn reportsDemonstrated leadership experienceProficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello or Monday.comCompensation & Benefits Annual Salary + Annual Discretionary BonusHealthcare coverage that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance policiesGenerous PTOParental leave paid at 100% of base pay for all new parents regardless of genderBuilding Healthy Families Program9 Company Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday401(k) Plan – 4% matching on day 1College save-up plan & college loan repayment planCell phone stipendGym Reimbursement through firm medical planCompensation New York compensation for this opportunity ranges between $105,000 and $145,000.
Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
