Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Sous Chef role at The Liberty Hotel in Boston, MA.
The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests.
Additionally, the Executive Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, maintain sanitation standards, and contribute to menu development and kitchen innovation.
